Air Elemental

Description

Air Elementals appear on the material plane as swirling tornado's with glowing grey eyes and a rush of noise. They tend to take on colouration from the surrounding air particles ( Watery Blue near the Sea, a Sickly Yellow near certain pollutants) and are sometimes summoned to test for purity of air, though normally as a last resort.

How to Summon

Notes

The above 2 are just examples, the costs can be tweaked within reason. Attributes have no limits except for Power Levels, same with the two innate attacks, adding HP, Speed, Move and Enhanced Dodge are viable within limits.

The Suffocation Innate Attack is resolved as an Area Attack at Close Melee Range, the air elemental swirls around the victim cutting off their supply of Oxygen and battering their body to make it hard for them to remove themselves from the area. It also buffets and damages people in the surrounding hexes but doesn't Stun them.
